By accessing or enrolling in any course provided by Career Guidance Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment

Course enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment and batch allocation. Batch schedules, timings, and trainers are subject to change based on availability.

3. Fees & Payments

All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed payment plan. Online payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Course Content & Materials

All training materials, videos, documents, and content provided during the course are for personal learning only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Attendance & Participation

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and complete assignments. Missing sessions may affect learning outcomes and eligibility for placement assistance.

7. Placement Assistance

Placement assistance is provided based on student performance, attendance, and course completion. Career Guidance Technologies does not guarantee job placement.

8. Certification

Course completion certificates will be issued only to students who successfully complete the training and required assessments.

9. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain professional behavior during classes. Any misconduct may result in suspension or termination from the course without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, course materials, and branding are the intellectual property of Career Guidance Technologies and are protected by applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

Career Guidance Technologies shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our training programs or website.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
