Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Course Enrollment & Payment
All course enrollments at Career Guidance Technologies are confirmed only after successful payment. Payments can be made online through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Course cancellation requests must be raised before the batch start date.
- No cancellation requests will be accepted once the course or batch has commenced.
- Batch changes are subject to availability and management approval.
3. Refund Policy
- Refund requests are eligible only if raised before the course start date.
- No refunds will be provided after attending the first session or accessing course materials.
- Once training has started, fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Missed classes or partial attendance
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Non-attendance after course commencement
- Technical issues from the student's side (internet, device issues)
- Placement dissatisfaction or interview outcomes
6. Placement Assistance Disclaimer
Placement assistance is provided as a support service and does not guarantee job placement. Refunds will not be issued based on placement outcomes or interview results.
7. Duplicate / Failed Payments
In case of duplicate or failed payments, the excess amount will be refunded after verification within 7 working days.
8. Policy Updates
Career Guidance Technologies reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
